Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Project Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. This pivotal role is aimed at assisting Project Managers in delivering outstanding projects within the Client Services domain. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that exceptional client service standards are consistently maintained during all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate project coordination to ensure timely execution, which includes organizing project initiation meetings, managing deadlines, and providing regular client updates.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, understanding and addressing their needs while relaying feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis to ensure quality assurance, prepare comprehensive project reports, and develop client-facing materials such as scripts and website content.
  • Partner with Project Managers and operational teams to create and refine business rules that elevate service quality.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments to achieve exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve complex tasks efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment with direct client or customer interaction.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a calm and professional presence.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities to process information and tackle problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in changing situations while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
