Dar Al Omran is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Dubai office, supporting our Project Management Department across a variety of exciting ongoing and upcoming projects.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Engineering background (Architecture preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proactive, with strong leadership abilities
- Flexible, collaborative, and fun to work with
- Great at chasing down team members to get things done and meet deadlines (yes, you’ll be everyone’s favorite reminder!)
Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Supporting the Project Manager in daily project activities
- Acting as the main point of contact with clients and sub-consultants
- Assisting in the preparation of technical and financial proposals and following up on new business opportunities
- Coordinating with sub-consultants: requesting quotations, negotiating terms, and managing their scope
- Organizing and scheduling meetings with clients and internal teams
- Preparing meeting minutes and progress reports
- Managing project timelines and tracking deliverables
- Handling client requirements and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and challenges
- Collaborating with the technical team to ensure alignment with project goals and values
- Overseeing invoicing, procurement, and project cost management
