Project Coordinator

Job description

• Coordination between all engineers & contracts department
• Updating of Project logs and project files
• NOC and PTW log ( Notifying the Engineer about the expiry )
• Arranging internal and management meeting
• Preparation of MoM & action plans
• Follow up for the task assigned to the Engineer
• Handling minor maintenance jobs and assisting the Maintenance engineer for the same
• Submission of PTW, NOC for the maintenance jobs

Requirements:

• Candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in UAE.
• Candidates with Civil or Electrical background is preferred.
• Candidate must have an advanced level Excel proficiency
• Share point knowledge is an added advantage
• Salary : 3000-3500
• Location : Al Nahda
