Description:
We are looking for a Project Control Engineer to work with contracting company in Dubai candidate must have Dubai experience.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals and client requirements.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Monitor project progress and track key milestones to identify deviations and potential delays.
- Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and track project budgets against planned costs. Identify cost variances and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment. Ensure optimal resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project objectives. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project health and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to communicate project status and performance to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Manage project changes and deviations from the original scope, schedule, or budget. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact on project objectives, and implement appropriate change control procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify adherence to project requirements.
- Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in project control processes and procedures. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project performance and efficiency.
