We are a seafood manufacturing Company based in Dubai and we are currently looking for Production Supervisor with below qualifications:

• Has experience in a food manufacturing Company in UAE specifically in Seafood.
• Can join immediately
• Knowledgeable on smoking, filleting, packing seafood products
• Reporting to Production Manager.
• Receiving the Raw materials from Store
• Controlling the production based on the daily orders.
• Calculating the goods and waste
• Ensure the products’ quality
• Delivering the goods to Store.
• Direct and supervise compliance with inspection findings federal health authorities
• ·Maintain files and records and submit reports
• Perform related duties as assigned.
