We are currently hiring for Production Specialist to over see production processes from start to finish, managing print files, schedules, quality standards, and coordination with teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain print file records and updates.
• Compile daily production reports.
• Collaborate with teams and printers to meet deadlines.
• Ensure quality during production floor visits.
• Coordinate shipments with warehouse and customer service teams.

Skills:

• Proficient in offset and digital printing.
• Knowledgeable in CMYK, Pantone, and Pre-Press processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production, preferably in publishing or printing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
