Hiring Production Coordinator who will work with the Production Managers to define setup and manage the schedule for completion of the work on the production.
Asset Management, Take and distribute notes in reviews and sessions, track completion of artists tasks in our digital tracking system
Find ways to assist and insure that teams hit goals and deadlines, provide detailed weekly status reports to production managers indicating departmental progress.
A team player who has an interest in creating a positive, and inspiring work environment, ability to think outside the box, presenting ideas and solutions to production managers
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong communication skills, able to thrive in a high pressure, deadline oriented environment and follow directions as well
