I-Soft Dubai is hiring Product SME/ Business Consultant

Location: Dubai (On Site)

Main responsibilities

• Participates and assist in all phases of SDLC from Project initiations through system analysis and design, development and test to deployment and support.
• Perform data analysis activities and business case studies
• Participates in designing the solution and aligning it to business requirement.
• Ability to learn and prototype new technologies and recommend their use in the company products.
• Provide business consultation to development team to ensure that the product is meeting business needs.
• Ensures adherence to standards and processes for self as well as team.
• Communicate sprint requirements to development team and follow-up on tasks progress.
• Conduct requirements delivery sessions.
• Participates in writing scenarios and bug scanners.
• Provide business consultation to UX team and participate in finalizing the journey designs.
• Knowledge with DDD (Domain Driven Design) concepts and best practices.
• Maintain and evolve business domain hierarchy dictionary based on evolving solution architecture and business needs.
• Maintain and evolve business requirements documents based on evolving product features requirements.
• Analyse risk and report problems in requirements gathering meeting.
• Comply with all applicable product development processes.
• Ensure the overall integrity of the BRS document and validates it against the business domain hierarchy dictionary
• Co-work with PO and SD in managing the product backlog
• Assist SD in maintaining and evolving API touch point document
• Build user stories and document related artifacts
• Assist operation team in debugging and resolving production cases by providing needed business knowledge and proposing solutions
• Conduct event storming sessions where business and technical teams meet to finalize solution design and sprint scoping
• Attend other meetings conducted across the software development lifecycle

 Skills and requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in Agile based environment and other methodologies such as (e.g., Waterfall, Iterative Development, etc.).
• Having competent written and spoken communication.
• Being able to empathize with other points of view.
• Being able to deliver reports within agreed timelines.
• Acknowledged experience in licensing business domain
• High experience in solution design and requirement analysis
• Good knowledge of data analytics
• Team worker and inspirational leadership
• Knowledge in UML language and process modelling
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related fields (IT, Software Engineering…)
• 8+ Years of relevant experience
