About the job

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to drive the development and execution of digital products that enhance the guest experience inside and outside the restaurant. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our Digital Strategy, managing key product roadmaps, and optimizing our loyalty platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful solutions for both our customers and internal teams.

Essential Functions

  • Drive day-to-day development, maintenance, and enhancements of our products
  • Define and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with business goals, customer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Product expert of all digital product/solution attributes, technologies, and performance within scope of applicable products.
  • Serve as an intermediary between business requirements and engineering, advocating for the product internally
  • Analyze market research, user feedback, data, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
  • Report roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives
  • Proactively identify issues and work with internal and external partners to understand options and execute solutions
  • Balance multiple priorities simultaneously and flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Evaluate and prioritize incoming product requests from stakeholders across the organization, balancing business needs with technical feasibility
  • Partner closely with 3rd party vendors ensuring alignment on roadmap and feature development
  • Understand user needs and work across departments to bring the product to life
  • Prioritize the backlog, clearly expressing the backlog items, ordering the items to best achieve goals and optimize the value of the work the team performs
  • Facilitate and actively participate in sprint activities
  • Serve as the product “go-to” resource for other teams
  • Represent your team in communication with marketing, engineering, and product leadership.
  • Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing
  • Responsible for presenting the vision and overarching product roadmap to support business goals in appropriate meeting settings
  • Respond to inquiries to support the organization to meet market/customer requests

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years experience building digital, CRM and/or ERP products; Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working directly with restaurant technology in a B2B or B2C capacity required
  • Experience with and/or implementing loyalty platforms such as Aloha Loyalty, NCR, Toast, Punchh or other comparable programs a plus
  • Experience working on native app and web development a plus
  • Experience working with a customer data platform preferred
  • Knowledge of product development best practices required
  • Experience implementing product features with a quick turnaround required
  • Proven track record of shipping exceptional products within a projected timeline required
  • Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
  • Able to work independently, coordinate multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to learn and navigate both functional and technical elements of our technologies
  • Experience integrating 3rd party applications with Salesforce, or comparable CRMs required
  • Experience in analytics and A/B testing platforms required
  • Experience writing technical user stories for development teams required
  • Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies required
  • Experience working with Agile planning tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, Asana) required
