Responsibilities
- Developing an effective communication channel with the product management team and coordinating timely updates/ release/ termination of new features/ products/ services in the ME market
- Develop strong interpersonal relations within different teams to ensure effective intervention to achieve set goals.
- Work closely with lower-performing players within each team to enhance their output.
- Regular coordination with management to update changes in product contribution expectations and act accordingly
- Mediate between sales team and management to finalize optimum product contribution to overall sales by different product categories
