Description:

We are hiring a Product Lead

Responsibilities: 

• Project Management
• Manage backlogs, agile iterations, and plan feature releases / bug fixes for every Scheduled / Unscheduled Rollout (Hands on JIRA Software experience required to be an owner of core projects)
• Tracking & Assigning action to junior team members based on Project discussions and Deliverables
• Creating Standard Operating Procedures for the assigned Project (excellent documentation skills required)
• Serve as a main point of contact for any clarifications from the Business Stakeholders and align them with the Tech Partner wherever required
• Product Management
• Loyalty System and CA App development
• Be extremely passionate about defining all aspects of Product Requirements and must have knowledge of Mobile Applications and Loyalty Management System
• Contribute to Product Vision, draft complex requirements & customer journeys, create Use-cases, Review FSDs, Conduct Gap & Feasibility Analysis and gather feedback from Team, Track Progress of discussions / requirement gathering sessions
• Work closely with Graphic Designers based on the need of the project, to bring out the best user experience 
• Manage our existing modules of and own feature enhancement/bug fixes. Key modules: Food Delivery, Feedback Management, Affiliate Program, and other standalone Mobile Applications
• Manage key E-commerce Integration Projects end to end and be the POC with respective Brand teams and Tech Partners.
