Hiring Procurement & Supply Chain Officer

Job roles and responsibility:-

• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging new and reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Overseeing and managing systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
• Coordinating with Accounts team for timely payments to suppliers.
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.
• Preparing procurement reports and share monthly reports to management as per request.
• Carrying out any other task/responsibility assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• MBA/Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, additional certification will be an advantage.
• Proven 3 to 5 years of UAE Experience in Industry; Interior, Fit out, Closets, Kitchen Cabinets, Marble, Glass & building materials
• Willing to relocate to Al Ayn
• Can start Immediately
