Full Time Hiring Procurement Specialist – Events & Exhibitions

Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-time

Our client, a top-tier master event planner operating across the UAE, Qatar and KSA. This role is perfect for someone with strong industry connections, negotiation skills, and experience sourcing materials & services for large-scale events, exhibitions, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute procurement strategies for event-related materials, services, and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate & onboard vendors to ensure high-quality & cost-effective sourcing.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing & terms to optimize procurement budgets.
• Oversee supplier coordination, logistics & inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies & regional regulations.
• Work closely with production, operations & logistics teams to align procurement with event needs.

Ideal Candidate:

• 4-6 years of procurement experience in the events/exhibitions industry.
• Strong supplier network & deep knowledge of event materials, AV, and fabrication.
• Exceptional negotiation & contract management skills.
• Background in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in ERP & procurement software is a plus.
