Hiring Procurement Specialist (Luxury Furniture)

Location: Dubai

Candidate must be living in UAE

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new/innovative/high-quality materials for luxury furniture, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Collaborate with the Design Director to source and ensure the availability of new, innovative materials.
• Transfer technical details to the supplier for proper application of materials and accurate quantity management.
• Monitor procurement budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for timely material availability.
• Coordinate deliveries and resolve issues with suppliers or logistics partners.
• Maintain procurement records and provide regular reports on inventory status.
• Stay updated on trends in luxury furniture and collaborate with design and production teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the luxury furniture industry.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, oracle..)
