Looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team!

Location: JLT, Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies mainly for Oil and Gas requirement.
• Knowledge in importing/exporting and logistics is required.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business management or a similar field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar position. But freshers in UAE are also encourage to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge in purchasing software.
• Strong written and oral communication and negotiation skills and high language proficiency
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail.
