Hiring Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for landscaping projects.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project schedules.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and manage procurement budgets to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in the UAE, specifically in the landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience with sustainable procurement practices.
• The candidate must be inside the UAE.
