Description:

We’re looking to hire a Procurement Officer (Dubai based)

• Prepare and record the required procurement documents, and review and process purchase requisitions, procedures and processes.
• Support with the follow up with suppliers on the receipt of required materials in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure the delivery of procured products/services to the relevant parties..
• Support with the updating of the database on active contracts, reports on status and expenditure.
• Prepare Purchase orders LPO’s and PO

Requirements:

• Full English proficiency is required.
• Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
• Must have at least 3- 5 years experience in Gulf Countries as a Procurement or related field
• Must have work knowledge in the Aluminum and Glass industry
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce.
