Job Description

• Preparing plans for the purchase requirement.
• Research potential suppliers
• Overseeing and supervising the store department for maintaining the stocks on timely manner.
• Maintaining good relations with supplier and negotiate the items as per the contract.
• Track the order and ensure the items are delivered on timely manner.
• Prepare reports on purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Maintain the cost comparison report and supplier list on daily basis.
• Ability to work under work pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Requirement

• Proven 3+ years of experience as a Purchase officer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing (research & evaluating).
• Negotiating skill
• Required from F&B or Catering background
• Business administration in logistics & supply chain management or similar field preferred
