Position : Procurement Officer .

Job Description.

• Receive Materials inquires from Site PM and Issue inquires for difference suppliers
• Prepare apple to apple comparison and finalize the price with the Procurement manager
• Issue the LPO / Contract as per company policy and terms
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers , Bus Driver , small vehicles drivers , rental vehicles and equipment’s ) according to availabilities and requirements
• Communicate with suppliers, Logistic ,retailers, customers, Project team etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Plan and track with suppliers and Logistic team the items delivery to respective sites according to site requirements
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Issue Payment request and payment certificates after materials delivery and job executed.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
