Procurement Officer – Temporary – 3 Months

We are looking for a temporary Procurement Officer for 3 months – Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining contracts with vendors, initiating and keeping track of orders, receiving, inspecting and distributing orders, filling out damage claims and return orders, keeping daily records and working with finance department to pay vendors. Regularly interact with the suppliers to resolve late shipments or shortages, tracking the status of orders, comparing prices to find the best possible deal.
• 5-7 year of procurement experience in UAE
• Experience of managing end-to-end procurement process (supplier registration, RFP management, contract, PO, invoices, expediting).
• Must have good communication and stakeholder management skills.
