We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in interior fit-out procurement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures for interior fit-out projects.
• Vendor management and negotiations to secure the best pricing and quality.
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines.
• Evaluating supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Preparing procurement reports and maintaining cost control measures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out procurement.
• Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers and materials.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Immediate availability is a plus!
