Organize and prepare documents
Identifying jobs or documents problem
Ensuring that the process runs smoothly
Ensuring all documents complete and clear scan copy
Investigate the integrity of documents and other information
Responsible for encoding and organizing all data for the
Computer system
Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as
Schedule and costs
Prepare all quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
Ensure that all of the information provided by the clients is
Accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal
Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
