Hiring Process Engineer /Process Design Engineer for Abu Dhabi location!

Experience:

• Process design and engineering experience of 5 to 10 years in Oil & Gas projects preferably upstream projects, pipeline projects covering design, conceptual engineering, FEED, Detailed engineering.
• Experience should cover preparation of following in the FEED/EPC Projects.
• Design Basis
• PFD and P&ID Preparation and or review for Urea Plant
• HMB
• Process data sheets, Equipment list, Line list, Load list, Tie-In list, Fluid list
• PSV Relief load estimation, PSV sizing
• Flare sizing, KOD sizing
• Pump sizing
• Compressor Calculations, Anti surge design, settle out calculations etc
• Steam generation and sizing calculations
• Design of separators, columns, Heat Exchangers, tanks
• Hydraulic calculations, PSV sizing, Control valve sizing calculations
• Interfacing with Piping, Mechanical Instrument engineers, Commissioning Engineers as required during the EPC stages
• 3D Model Review
• Vendor offer reviews
• Education:
• B tech Chemical Engineering / MTech Chemical Engineering
• Software: HYSYS, PROMAX, Flare net, HTRI etc.
