Procedure Development Specialist Vacancy

Arab nationalities who are fluent in writing and speaking the Arabic language in an excellent manner.

The academic qualifications of the candidates are a bachelor’s degree or higher, and a master’s degree in quality management is preferred, with practical experience in government agencies specifically in the field of building and developing operations and quality management.

Scope of Services:

  • Providing specialized and experienced employees in the field of building and developing operations and work procedures for organizational units according to their approved competencies for 2 Years contract(extendable)
  • The employee carries out the work below (but not limited to):
  • Supporting the work team in the Foundation in listing the current operations and procedures of the administrative units in the institution and the documents associated with them.
  • Providing technical support in reorganizing and documenting the operations of the Foundation based on areas of improvement in coordination with the concerned organizational:
  • Determining the inputs and outputs associated with each procedure and the parties involved in it.
  • Determine the intersection between the procedures in the Foundation.
  • Inventory, review and inventory forms and documents associated with each procedure.
  • Develop indicators to measure the performance of the operational processes of the procedures.
  • Providing support (if necessary) in the field of formulating, developing, and amending the policies followed in the institution based on assessments of the current situation and information obtained from all departments and sections in coordination with the quality specialist.
  • Providing support in following up the measurement of operational indicators at the enterprise level to ensure the quality of the outputs of these procedures and submitting reports thereon.
  • Providing technical support in setting up a mechanism for assessing and documenting risks related to all operations of the Foundation and setting control and control procedures to avoid or reduce the potential impact of risks, in coordination with the parties.
  • Practical experience in government dept. in the field of quality, building and developing operations is preferred.
