• Pre-sales technical experience. Cisco voice certification. ACSE OXE certification. CCIE Collaboration certification is a plus. Implementation and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of full cycle customer engagement.
• Creating and white boarding and presenting customer presentations.
• Presents well to all levels of executive management.
