We are a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan properties and high-net-worth investments in Dubai. We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced PR & Partnerships Manager to build brand credibility, increase media exposure, and establish strategic partnerships that drive business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute PR strategies to position the company as a leading real estate brokerage.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the UAE & international markets.
Secure press coverage and interviews to boost brand visibility.
Establish strategic partnerships with developers, financial institutions, and high-net-worth networks.
Plan and execute networking events, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.
Manage crisis communication and ensure positive brand representation.
Work closely with the marketing team to align PR efforts with brand storytelling and social media campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in PR, communications, or partnerships within the real estate industry.
Strong media network and ability to generate high-impact press coverage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in event planning and brand collaborations.
Understanding of high-net-worth audiences and luxury real estate marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple partnerships.
