Urgently Looking for PMO Manager in Dubai

Duration: 12 Months Extendable

Location: Dubai

• The purpose of this role is to manage and lead the team to fulfill the above responsibilities in a timely, efficient and quality manner
• Portfolio management is responsible for maintaining the standards of process, related to Projects & Changes within the department.
• The PMO is the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution ensuring initiatives small and large follow the defined process and help to deliver quality final products.
• This function is responsible for monitoring, controlling, processing and reporting of all financials related to Capital and operational expenditure related to the Portfolio. .
• Performance Measures
• Effective Portfolio management reviews
• Number of projects successfully delivered
• Number of changes successfully delivered
• Number of projects delivered within budget, on-time, with quality and no scope change

Description of Knowledge / Skill etc.:

• Good understanding of service management processes and project management methodologies, frameworks and trends related to IT Services.
• Good understanding of compliance and standards
• Leadership, Communications, Conflict Resolution, People Management, Financial Management, Action Oriented, Stakeholder Management and Coaching
• Strategic Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Flexibility, Integrity,
• Minimum 5 years of IT disciplines in Program Management
• Strong financial management experience
• IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required and banking qualifications    
• ITIL/ PMP/ PRINCE2/COBIT
