Location: Dubai

• Graduate in any discipline, Arabic candidates are preferred.
• Key skills include: Fluent English. Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• The role will be to own the responsibilities of mobilization and onboarding employees based in India, UAE, KSA, Egypt and any global countries.
• Manage the mobilization/onboarding as a project and onboarding includes both India as well as UAE by sourcing from global pool of talent
• 3-8 years of experience in in-depth & efficient Project Coordination with client interfacing role, handling heavy transactions effectively and tracking the updates hour by hour towards progress are the key to this profile.
• Stakeholder Management, Escalation Management Hands on in reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and should be independent in analyzing and driving the project.
