Description:

Vacancy – Plant Production Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain the operations of the plant in compliance with output and quality standards.
• Review and optimize Plant lay-out and supply chain procedures.
• Coordinate with pillars Retail to perform demand forecasting and meet store daily orders.
• Coordinate with operation for development and testing of new product recipes.
• Operate within labor and G&A budget set by CEO

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 5+ years of Production and Management experience in manufacturing food facility
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 procedures and requirements
• Proficient in Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams..)
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Arabic and English (oral and written)
