Job Description / Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our high-rise construction project in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning all project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious project and contribute to its successful delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and identify potential delays or obstacles.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop efficient construction methods and sequences to optimize project timelines.
• Prepare and present progress reports, including critical path analysis and resource allocation, to project stakeholders and management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines and delivery.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project schedules, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources as per project requirements.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and recommendations to resolve scheduling conflicts or challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a focus on construction management or project planning.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in high-rise or villa construction projects, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project scheduling challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Salary: AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
