We are looking for a Pizza Chef for our client, a premier Arabic restaurant in Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure the use of fresh ingredients, correct portion sizes, and accurate cooking times.
• Create custom pizzas based on customer orders and preferences.
• Maintain an inventory of pizza ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and meet food safety standards.
• Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings in advance to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and cutters safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries and special requests.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of pizzas to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in creating new pizza recipes and menu items.
• Stay updated with current food trends and incorporate them into the menu.

 Qualification & Experience

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef for 2-3 years in Dubai
• We required to the applicant to submit work experince letter
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.  7. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
