We are hiring for a Piping Engineer in an oil and gas company.

Job Description:

• Reviews and provides comments approval on design deliverables packages prepared by Engineering Subcontractor, in line with the scope of work requirements, Company’s specifications and international codes / standards.
• Reviews Plot plan, Piping General Arrangement drawing, Isometrics, Tie-in Schedule, Material Take-off, Stress reports, Supports material requisition, Vendor Drawings, material selection, data sheets & specifications.
• Reviews and endorses design change requests, concession request and waiver to project specifications, related to the discipline.
• Provides technical support for projects various activities, including bids evaluation, review of pre-qualification of Subcontractors / Contractors, Vendors or Suppliers, commissioning and handover of project facilities to end-users, etc.
• Adheres to Company HSE policy, procedures, regulations and objectives as they relate to area of responsibility.
• Participates in vendor drawing reviews and assists in resolving technical issues raised during FAT/SAT testing.
• Verifies of scope of work for any new modifications, new packages and review Contractor’s proposals.
• Reviews and provides comments / approval on design deliverables / packages prepared by Engineering Subcontractor, in line with the scope of work requirements, Company’s specifications and international codes / standards.
