Description:

 We are looking for a smart and dynamic Pharmacist to join our company!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain appropriate GSP/GDP standards and procedures that comply with UAE MOH standards and guidelines.
• Maintain and monitor Client specific labelling procedure.
• Ensure the training of concerned personnel involved with the labelling procedures. – Assist in the maintenance and implementation of ISO standards.
• Plan and Coordinate with the QHSE Manager to conduct Internal and External Audit programs.
• Coordinate the GSP/GDP Training Plan in association with HR and Line Managers.
• Follow up with warehouse and Distribution managers on Product Recall and Hold issues till closed.
• Undertake Quality and Safety Program tasks as delegated by the Quality Manager.
• Responsible for all warehouses inspection readiness for GSP/GDP prior to inspections by health authorities and Suppliers’ auditors and customer visits.
• Monitor and maintain different storage conditions at the warehouse to ensure proper storage and quality of the pharmaceutical products.
• Assist with QMR to develop appropriate Health & Safety standards in relation to pharmaceutical logistics operations and ensure that these standards are applied.
• Ensure all safety & environmental procedures are maintained pertaining to all Warehouse operations.
• Assist to develop and implement training programs related to GSP/GDP guidelines as well as safety & health issues.
• Inspect organization, buildings, facilities and operations to identify and minimize safety/health risk exposures.
• Working with other Tranzone employees to prepare, collect and review data related to quality.
