Hiring Personal Fitness Trainer is required in a gym in Dubai-Mirdif

Job description:

• Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines
• Watch clients do exercises and show them correct techniques to avoid injury and improve fitness
• Give alternative exercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skills
• Monitor clients progress and adopt programs as needed
• Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment
• Give clients information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues

Personal Training Qualifications:

• Experience in fitness and personal training’s
• Kick boxing is a plus
• Advanced English level
• Ready for flexible working time
• Self-confident
• Dedicated to fitness and healthy lifestyle
• Additional education and certificates would be consider as an advantage
