Personal Executive Assistant to the Director
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Has Bachelor’s Degree & 4 years of related experience
- Must be flexible, trustworthy, able to adapt, can work under pressure & fast learner
- Has good oral, written communication skills in English; Basic knowledge in Arabic or French is an advantage
- Must be well organized, proactive, has the ability to multi-task & manage workload
- Excellent skills in office management, MS office, tallying reports, creating presentations/letters/memos & other paper & admin works
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, appointments & daily correspondences as required
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondences, phone calls & often controlling access to the Director
- Booking & arranging travel, transport and others as required
- Reminding Director of important tasks and deadlines
- Creating, compiling & preparing reports, presentations or others related documents
- Managing databases & filing systems
- Implementing, maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers & clients
- Assisting with other ad-hoc admin & project requirements as needed
