Job Description:

• Responding to queries on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.
• Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.
• Writing and editing training manuals.
• Running reports and analyzing common complaints and problems.
• Maintain and manage the company’s social media pages and sales pages.
• Maintain and manage the company’s official websites with search engine optimization.
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining websites and tracking analytics.
• Managing social media campaigns (FB ads, IG ads, Tiktok ads).
