Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The job is on full time contract and based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and inquiries.
• Draft, edit, and file various documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Organize travel logistics, including visa,flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.Assist in tracking project progress and preparing necessary materials and updates.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the executive’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
