Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Account Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more. You’ll also play a key role in managing client relationships, ensuring that we deliver measurable results and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to meet client objectives.
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and aligning marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide clients with regular performance reports, campaign insights, and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, including A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and campaign execution.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure our agency is ahead of the curve in performance marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Expertise in using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with agency experience a plus
• Strong background in client management, including the ability to present results and strategies
• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint
