We’re hiring: Performance Marketer / PPC Specialist (Full-Time, In-House)
Location: Dubai | On-site only | Immediate Start
Yunova Media is looking for a paid ads killer — someone who runs Meta & Google like a war room, lives in ROAS, and thrives on aggressive growth goals.
We work with high-performing brands in beauty, fashion, real estate, and luxury experiences.
This is a full-time, in-house role in Dubai. No remote, no hybrid.
You should:
- Have agency experience (non-negotiable)
- Know how to scale Meta & Google campaigns for UAE/GCC
- Be obsessed with numbers: CPL, ROAS, conversions — not vanity metrics
- Be confident managing 5–6 figure budgets
- Know Meta BM, Google Ads, GA4, UTMs, Excel
Bonus if you:
- Have worked on: clinics, ecom, fashion drops, or real estate lead-gen
- Know how to build performance funnels across TOF–BOF
- -Understand live dashboards, ad attribution, and reporting frameworks
- Have used in-house platforms
What you’ll do:
- Launch, manage, and scale PPC campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Collaborate with creative/content/data teams to drive growth.- Dashboards to track performance in real time.
- Own weekly reports and optimizations across ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and beyond.
- This is a high-impact growth role inside a premium agency.
