Hiring Performance Management Specialist.

Location: a Mining Company in Riyadh.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution.
• Previous experience in Shared Services environment.

Experience:

• At least 4-6  years of relevant experience in the field of shared services or back office support functions 
• Proven experience in developing / managing SLAs
• Proven experience in carrying performance management activities and management reporting 

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good software skills focused on performance management / reporting.
• Power BI expert (Highly recommended)
