We are hiring for our client, a leading bank in UAE for the role of Performance Consultant.
Position: Performance Consultant
Salary: upto AED 8000
Location: Dubai
Eligibility: Min 2-3 years Business Analyst/ Data Analyst in BFSI into same role.
Job Role:
- Data analysis on existing operating performance procedures, developing process improvements and refinements using cost/benefit analysis, and creating and revise procedures and processes.
- Report Analysis and Metrics (KPI and Performance evaluation model)
- Build and publish the dashboard and MI reports on the KPI objective to stakeholders
- Home country experience would be considered.
