What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Process and review employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collect, verify, and calculate employee wages, expenses, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports as needed.
- Partner with Human Resources to conduct payroll audits, including changes to deductions, pay rates, and position transfers.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1-3+ years of payroll experience (ADP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, including balancing, internal controls, and payroll taxes.
- Familiarity with wage and tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
