Job Overview
Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Payouts/Order Entry Clerk with one of our premier clients in the Commercial Window Treatment industry. This role is responsible for submitting payout paperwork, processing order entries, handling back-office billing, inputting orders, and managing COI (Certificate of Insurance) requests. The ideal candidate should have experience with commercial window treatment manufacturers such as Mecho, Springs, Draper, Hunter Douglas, Insolroll , and Lutron.
This is a remote position, offering flexibility while supporting our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Payout Processing: Submit paperwork for payouts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Order Entry: Input orders into the appropriate system s (SWF, Mecho , Draper, HDA, etc ) and ensure proper documentation.
- Back-Office Billing: Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate records.
- COI Requests: Handle and process Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests as needed.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure all entries and documentation are precise and up to date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manufacturer Knowledge: Be familiar with leading commercial blind manufacturers for accurate order processing.
Requirements
- Experience in order entry, billing, or administrative roles (preferably in a commercial window treatment or similar industry).
- Familiarity with Mecho , Springs, Draper, Hunter Douglas, Insolroll , and Lutron
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or other order entry software.
- Experience handling COI requests is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week ( or option to transition from part-time)
- Flexible work hours, but must meet deadlines and business needs
- Compensation: Based on experience – $20-25/ hr
