As a key member of the team, you will assist in various legal tasks, leveraging your bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Paralegal in a Real Estate Department.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of real estate legal processes, documentation, and regulations in the UAE.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting and reviewing real estate documents.
- Manage and organize legal documentation related to real estate transactions.
- Liaise with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders as needed.
- Assist lawyers in preparing for closings, hearings and trials.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate matters.
- Support the Real Estate Department in administrative tasks and document filing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Proven experience in real estate paralegal work.
