A highly-regarded international law firm with a well-established and busy corporate practice is actively seeking a Bilingual (Arabic/English) Paralegal for their Dubai team.
Duties include drafting and proof-reading various documents (in English and Arabic) such as engagement letters, resolutions, powers of attorney, legal notices, due diligence reports, memoranda and articles of association, etc., along with general paralegal duties such as performing due diligence and research-based tasks.
Applicants must be fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken), have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience working for a law firm in the region, and possess great communications and interpersonal skills, and a good law degree.
