Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Paid Media Executive to design and implement paid advertising, CRM and SEO strategies across our diverse and rapidly growing portfolio of B2B and B2C clients. The successful candidate will assist clients in achieving their goals by building and optimising paid campaigns on various platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo etc).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ad Creation and Development: Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and overall campaign concepts that meet client goals. Includes designing and producing display ads, email templates etc
  • Campaign Setup: Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Daily Monitoring: Regularly monitor campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimise for conversions, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign data, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations to clients based on performance metrics.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Keyword Research: Perform keyword research and analysis to ensure ad relevance and competitiveness.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO best practices to improve clients’ organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase online visibility. This includes on-page optimisation, content optimisation, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
  • Content Optimisation: Collaborate with content creators to optimise website content for search engines and align with clients’ SEO strategies.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience segments for precise targeting and retargeting strategies tailored to each client’s target market.
  • Stay Updated: On top of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and SEO. Hiring Requirements
  • Available to work in Dubai office in JVC.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing and creating paid advertising campaigns and implementing SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms (eg. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (eg. Google Analytics)
  • Excellent understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Effective time manager – ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interchangeable hours.
