Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales (Logistics) to join our team in Dubai.
This full-time role focuses on generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing logistics sales opportunities. While some remote work is acceptable, the majority of the role requires field presence to actively meet clients and secure business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present and pitch Al Arabia Cargo’s logistics solutions effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and deal closing.
- Solid experience in managing sales operations.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid (field and office) environment.
- Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
