Hiring Outdoor Sales Executive

Baniyas Building Material Co. LLC. Recruiting and outdoor Sales Executive with hands on experience in wood panels, timbers, and other related building materials to further enhance our outdoor sales channel.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Generating sales leads, creating healthy sales pipeline from first interaction to close the deal and achieve targets.
• Setting up sales meetings with developers/Real Estate, Consultants, Designers, furniture factories and main contractor and building a personal rapport.
• Providing clients with quotations/ create proposals to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals and handles complains and objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Determining a project requirement, consult and provide a suitable solution.
• Gather market data and competitor’s information.

Requirements and skills

• Should have at least 3 to 7 years market experience in UAE for the related industries.
• In depth knowledge of the industry, specifically with developers, contractors, designers, consultants, joineries, fit out companies and furniture factories in Dubai and Northern Emirates.
• Passionate about interiors/building material.
• Fast learner and passion for sales with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• UAE driving license is a must.
