Hiring Order Execution Specialist
Salary: 8000 AED

Contract Duration : 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Coordination:
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams to track order progress.
- Verify order details, pricing, and availability before confirming execution.
Logistics & Shipment Handling:
- Ensure proper scheduling and dispatch of orders as per customer requirements.
- Work closely with shipping and courier partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and compliance requirements.
Customer Communication & Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Address order-related inquiries, complaints, or delays promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer experience.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.
- Assist in demand forecasting and order planning.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Generate regular reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and delivery performance.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
