Hiring Oracle Fusion Test Analyst

Mode of hiring/Duration: – 5 Months Extendable contract

Location: – Sharjah-UAE

Job Description / Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ experience in the role of Test Manager / Senior Test Analysts
• Experience in End-to-End Oracle Fusion implementations

Scope of Work: –

• Work with individual application team SMEs and testing teams to produce the cumulative effort estimate.
• Covering all the testing phases in the program
• Decide on the number and duration of test cycles in a test phase and provide a timeline for the cycles ad phases in accordance with the program timelines
• Implement wherever required suitable testing tools necessary for successful execution of a test phase
• Create a strategy for test data to be used for testing during various test phases. Work with individual development teams performing data migration and/ or central enterprise data management teams to ensure that right data is available for testing as well ensure that data security guidelines such as GDPR or equivalent are adhered to during all test phases by all participating teams in the program
• Monitor the entire testing function for the program across all applications/ systems in scope across all participating teams, internal or external AUS teams to ensure adherence to laid down application lifecycle stage quality standards.
• This also includes driving UAT preparation and execution for all AUS business units participating in the program. Create and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix to track the release readiness of requirements based on test results.
• Proactively monitor the defects being defects being detected in the testing phases to assess application readiness and drive defect resolution, as necessary
• Ability to write End-to-End test scripts by reviewing the design documents
• Publish test status reports and test progress reports for program stakeholders as per agreed frequency
• Communicate effectively with all program teams and stakeholders throughout the duration of the program and provide an up-to-date testing status to facilitate correct decision making with respect to application release readiness
• Ensure that test phases are completed on time and budget, with no compromises on the quality of testing activities
